Euromed Center II

This project concerned the construction of a building complex in the new business district of La Joliette in Marseille. The building works comprised:
• Four 51,000 m2 office buildings with the BBC (low-energy consumption) label
• One 4-star hotel – Golden Tulipe
• Shops on an inner street
• A car park with 846 spaces
For this large-scale project, I was in charge of the technical and financial structuring of the operation.
