St-Raphael Multiplex

This project concerned the construction of a multiplex in the city centre comprising:

• An underground car park with 150 spaces on two levels
• A bus station with 10 urban bus platforms
• A 7-screen cinema complex with seating capacity of 1,350

After months of competitive dialogue, the first Public Private Partnership agreement at national level was signed between a municipality and a construction company. For this contemporary architecture project, I took on the role of Works Manager. The challenge was to carry out the work in a dense urban centre with an adjoining railway line.
