Major renovation of the Gérard Philippe middle school in Cogolin (83 – Var) – France
This project concerned the renovation of the Gérard Philippe middle school to accommodate 992 pupils. This phased project on an occupied site was organised in three phases, with the installation of temporary prefabricated buildings to allow the school to remain open during the work period.
I was responsible for managing the project during the first two phases of this major renovation project. The challenge was to align the work phases with the various periods of the academic year to ensure continuity of service.
