Exceptional renovation of block 14: Avenue de la République – Marseille (13 – Bouches-du-Rhône) – France

Situated between the Old Port of Marseille and the Euroméditerrannée business district, the Avenue de la République in Marseille is undergoing a metamorphosis. This project concerned the exceptional renovation of a Haussmann-style building with a total surface area of 25,000 m², creating:

• 205 student apartments
• 116 apartments under the home ownership scheme
• 1 Monoprix store and 7 other business premises

For this large-scale renovation, I was in charge of the technical and financial structuring of the operation. I was responsible for managing the project during the fundamental preparatory phase to determine the operating procedures and execution methods of the renovation, particularly in relation to the creation of the Monoprix on the ground floor of the building.
